Send us your forms and evidence securely. We check them against the NMC requirements and, with Full Support, give you detailed feedback on what is complete and what is outstanding.

Get your signatures

With Full Support you have your reflective discussion by video call and receive both NMC signatures. With the Confirmer Service we hold your confirmer discussion and sign your Confirmer Statement. Then you submit through MyNMC.

Your confirmer reviews your evidence against the NMC’s requirements. They do not judge your clinical performance, and the NMC makes the final decision on your application.

Who is the Full Support Package for?

Questions people ask

Do I need a confirmer to revalidate?

Yes. Confirmation is one of the eight NMC revalidation requirements. Your confirmer reviews your evidence and confirms that you have met the requirements. The NMC recommends that your confirmer is your line manager where possible.

What if I don’t have a line manager?

The NMC recommends choosing another NMC-registered nurse, midwife or nursing associate where you can, or another regulated healthcare professional if you can’t. Our Confirmer Service and Full Support Package are there to help if you are not sure who to ask.

What is the difference between the Confirmer Service and the Full Support Package?

The Confirmer Service (£52) is for people whose reflective discussion is already done and signed. We check that your portfolio is complete, verify your five reflective accounts, hold your confirmer discussion and sign your Confirmer Statement. The Full Support Package (£99) is start to finish: a full portfolio review, a reflective discussion by video call, and both NMC signatures.
